Warning/Memorial

A warning sign for pedestrians in a place with nobody on the streets is a bit unsettling.

I might have been the only person crossing the road that day in this sparsely-populated corner of Northern Ireland.

Never for a minute did I think that any driver would slow down for me or anyone needing a few extra seconds to shuffle across.

It remains unclear if the sign is a warning or a memorial to those dearly-departed who were a bit too slow.
