The Deep End

Depth can add a little something to a straight portrait. The effects are most visible when working outside of the studio.

A combination of different technical factors can go a long way to making this happen.

For this session, a longer than “normal” lens combined with some urban geography, added a little something extra to the portrait.

Like most good things, it can be overdone. Just be careful when you’re working in the deep end.
