Suzy the Spark

It’s been just over a year since I started my documentary series called Cross Country Camera.

So far, so good.

49 artists in 19 states.

It all started in Suzy Farren’s studio in Webster Groves, Missouri. I walked in to photograph an artist. I walked out with the seed of an idea for a long-term project.

These kind of endevors take some time to reveal themselves. However, a spark is required to get the initial fire going.

Suzy was the spark.
