Straight Shot

This ball is sitting on an empty parking lot, not a fairway.

I’m not sure how this little white orb arrived at this spot. I’m also not skilled in the game of golf.

To me, “play it as it lays” is a literary reference rather than anything related to a good walk spoiled.

Being unable to tee it up, I had no choice but to make a straight shot with my camera.
