Street Studio: St. Petersburg

In the depths of winter, I look for any excuse to head to Florida to thaw out and hide from the cold.

I have great resources for locations and talent all over the state with most of the sessions taking place in Orlando.

Don’t get me wrong, Orlando is a great place to work but when work is secondary I prefer St. Petersburg.

There’s a great vibe there and a slow pace that’s perfect for my typical winter attitude.

This session with Som, created a few months back, was a very productive interruption of my Gulf Coast leisure time. But don’t shed any tears for me, it was a labor of love.

The most amusing part of the session was when Som arrived bundled up in his leather jacket to protect him from the bitter 68F temperatures.

He was equally amused to see me in shorts and t-shirt.
