When casting, I always hope for the best. But I also temper my hopes with experience.
Like a bell curve, there’s a big wide middle of “normal distribution” with small ends on both sides. In short this means that for the most part my subjects arrive and are prepared as you would expect professionals to be. In a few instances things are extreme in the positive or the negative.
