Sensible Ratio

What do you see here?

An art project? Someone who isn’t precious with their gear? A sneer at the arbitrary concept of residual value?

Yes, yes, and yes.

A pro with a practiced eye will notice the sensible ratio of lens to camera value. In this case, a $300 camera and a $900 lens. That sounds about right.

In my opinion, it’s better to spend money on what’s in front of the camera. Start with the lenses, then move on to the subject matter.

You won’t be sorry.
