Saks Fifth Avenue is the kind of store I love to walk through and never buy anything. My commitment to being logo and brand-free would unravel if I shopped there for clothes.
The experience here is winning. The lighting is stellar and way better than any Apple Store. There’s just enough fragrance from the perfume counters to give the place a nice smell without being overpowering.
The absence of a disco beat is the icing on the cake.
I’m still a bit puzzled over this mannequin squad.
If they came to life, would they like their clothes? How about the hairstyle? Those shoes are the opposite of sensible. At least I’d have a fighting chance of outrunning them.
