That’s who you share space with at the cinema. Not just in the auditorium but also in the lines for tickets, snacks, or scarce restroom facilities.
If only there was an alternative.
It’s hard to feel sorry for an industry in which the only innovation in the past two decades has been bigger cupholders.
These boxes contain the digital files for each title to be exhibited. I noticed them while walking through the mall near my house a few months ago. The cinema was closed and these were sitting on a public-facing counter.
If they disappeared would anyone notice?
