Real Old Metal

Real old metal, not simulated old metal. That’s what this place had in abundance.

Sometimes an artist’s studio isn’t four walls and a ceiling. Kyle’s place, outside of Atlanta, had workspaces that were inside and out, up and down with a little here and there.

High tech and low tech materials were at the ready but like most great artists, Kyle’s tools are extensions of his mind. That means nearly anything can be turned into a tool or a medium.

I had a go at things myself. This exterior scene was missing one element to become my kind of visual collage. Once I placed the man in just the right spot, I had something worth keeping.
