Lost in Space

The contemporary wing of the St. Louis Art Museum houses some giant works.

It’s easy to get pulled into these pieces that dominate the gallery. Just look at the woman in the frame to get a sense of the scale.

There’s something about the abstractions that draw me in. It’s almost as if it’s a portal to somewhere else.

Getting lost in space is a great counterpoint to the beeps and boops of our palm-sized devices.
