If this property is actually under surveillance, what do you think the watchers see? Not much behind that broken plastic if you ask me.
It makes me wonder who thinks that a sticker is a deterrent. Other than someone who might want to escape a popup thunderstorm or a tornado, nobody in their right mind would want to enter this sad moldering building.
