Moderation is what makes certain vices socially acceptable.

In a state where it’s illegal to even think about smoking, this Burbank shop takes restraint to the limit.

The place is called House of Cigar. My guess is that you can only buy one stogie at a time.

I didn’t check, but I suspect that there’s no limit on lotto tickets which is society’s most virtuous vice.
