High Holiday
They call Thanksgiving a holiday.
One that’s loosely based on a meal with some Puritans and native locals. I’m sure the feast was a scorcher. Pass the sriracha.

The offset will be an upgrade of Independence Day to a weeklong extravaganza.
Outdoor eating, fireworks and late sunsets are the perfect background to a real celebration.
