This foe can be temporarily vanquished. Sometimes through sheer willpower and sometimes through deceit or just a lucky break.
Systems and habits are the enemies of Resistance. I should know because I’m in the battle every day.
You just have to start. The smallest thing is enough to get going.
Just thread that needle and begin.
