Freedom on Two Wheels
The second most important tool of my youth was a camera. It was the gateway to my life as an artist.
More important than my Canon AE-1 was something even more formative.
A bike.
First, it was a Schwinn Stingray. Its successor was a Schwinn Varsity.
Those freedom machines were life-changing. They instilled a sense of curiosity about what may lie ahead. The only limitation was my physical stamina.
The merging of cameras and transportation built the foundation on which everything grew.
