Fare Sale

For a lot of people, October brings a change of seasons.

Normally this is the time of year when things start getting cold where I live in Missouri. As the days grow shorter and as I add layers of clothing, I start dreaming of warmer places.

Right now is when I really start paying attention to offers streaming into my inbox for discounted plane tickets.

When January and February come around I want to make sure I have plenty of opportunities to escape.

Orlando is always on my wishlist for those months. I go there for the weather and also for great portrait subjects who call central Florida home.

Andrina and I worked together on my last February trip to the 407 area code.

I’m sure that we’ll cross paths again when it’s warm there and cold here.
