Employee Evaluation

I had my first and only employee evaluation in 1987. Not for nothing, I didn’t stay around long enough to have one in ’88.

The artist Carolyn Jones has suffered even fewer HR interactions than I have. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t know how to work at a high level

Selling her paintings on the streets in Gibraltar is a skill that no employment director would ever understand. Ditto for her itinerant life as an artist in Europe and Asia.

Even though it’ll never happen, I suspect I know what Carolyn’s reaction would be to advice on how to be a better employee.
