Do these colors clash?
The nature of sidewalk portraits in Manhattan means that I take what I’m given at any moment.
It’s a bit of a battle for just a little space and serenity that exists between the traffic and crowds near Madison Square Garden.
The colors didn’t even catch my eye until the session was over. My friend Billy Jim joined me for the session. Afterward, we reviewed the results on my laptop over coffee.
Billy, ever the gentleman, made no mention of the odd colors.
The hues caught my eye immediately. As time has passed, I’ve grown to like the look. I’m not sure if it’s the photograph or the company that has mediated my opinion.
