Burbank Window Gallery
This is not an art show.
Or is it?
Gallery space is finite. The supply/demand reality favors the exhibition space, not the creator.
Even when an artist scores a show, getting people to show up for an opening isn’t easy. A box of wine and some snacks is sometimes a greater incentive than what’s hanging.
This exhibit is just a window facing a sidestreet in downtown Burbank. However, the sheer number of people who see the work is probably pretty high.
In short, it’s not going to be a money earner for the artist. However, it will stop people in their tracks.
Just like it did to me.
