Bonne Terre Goodness
The city of Bonne Terre in Missouri was organized by French settlers who found the place to be rich in minerals, specifically lead.
They named it The Good Earth.
I can see their point if all you need to do is dig.
There’s a lot less extraction these days. Except for the occasional visit that I make to excavate from the creative portrait mine that that place can be.
