Here’s what I saw in Washington Square Park last Sunday at 7:56 p.m.
-six skateboarders doing some tricks that would have been the stuff of legends 40 years ago.
-A young woman taking a photograph of the arch with a small plush squirrel placed in the foreground.
-A very talented fellow playing Gershwin on a baby grand piano despite the cold temperature and thick mist in the air.
It’s not every day that one receives such a grand artistic gift by merely walking by.
