Alaska Espresso

I was sipping an americano after lunch today while watching some aviation videos from Anchorage. That’s when two distinct trains of thought in my head merged in the form of a fond memory.

Wasilla, Alaska is not far from the city center of Anchorage. My knowledge of the place is limited to passing through twice in one week.

I can’t remember much of the town except for the drive-up coffee shop. When I arrived it was almost closing time and the owner was just wrapping up.

We chatted for a while and in no time I had my camera out for a quick portrait.

Ultimately, the best accompaniment to a good coffee is a photo session.
