Travel Companion

I travel a lot. It’s part and parcel of my work life and it’s also a source of personal enjoyment. I’m lucky to have found a professional niche that allows me to see the world with my camera as a passport.

As much as I travel, I still can’t match the road life pace that my friend Bryce Rutter sets.

Frequent travelers tend to have a lot of procedures to keep the insanity at bay and also add a little predictability to the uncertainties of the road. Bryce is no exception.

One of the lucky charms of his road warrior existence has earned a well-deserved hiatus.

This Tumi bag is now waiting for news on the next stage of its life. It might be refurbishment or it might be permanent retirement.

Either way, it has served Bryce admirably.
